After 30 years of teaching all over the world, Sandra founded TSRL to enhance student access to essential skills, strategies, attitudes, and beliefs - the 21st Century Competencies - needed for students to become self-regulated learners in challenging academic programmes. As an expert in educational consulting, Sandra also provides guidance for schools and families seeking neurodiversity support. Her research in the field of self-regulated learning has been published and is required reading in the International and Comparative Education MA programme at King's College, London, and complements her work in online tutoring.

Lauren believes that it is through 'grappling' with concepts that leads to deep understanding and excellent performance, and she also offers online tutoring to support her students' diverse learning needs.

Passionate about student well-being, she helps young people become self-regulated learners, build resilience, develop coping strategies, and navigate challenges. In addition to her counselling work, she offers educational consulting and online tutoring, specializing in life skills development. Through discursive practice, Zoë encourages her students to become self-regulated learners, making connections between their learning and the wider world.
