We work closely with schools in the weeks before planned workshops in order to ensure our CPD builds on the school's strengths and is tailored effectively to the school's priorities. All workshops incorporate engaging collaborative activities that provide practical experience with the CPD topic, as well as opportunities for discussion, reflection and planning. Our follow-up aims to understand how professional learning has been implemented in classrooms and the impact of this on learning, and to support where needed.

In today's globalised world, critical and creative thinking, active inquiry, and service learning are highly valued. We support schools in developing Service Learning Programmes that encourage students to make connections between their learning and the wider world and to aspire to lead socially impactful lives.
